Tanish Bhatt
Tanish Bhatt is a Grade 11 student from St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador. He has been the leader of United4Literacy since 2021 and has been a long-standing team member since 2014. Tanish is passionate about social equity at all levels of the community. In his free time, Tanish enjoys debating and playing tennis.
Jacob Brazil
Jacob Brazil is a Grade 11 student from St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador. This is his second year with U4L, and he is passionate about serving his community. Outside of U4L, Jacob is a huge hockey fan, running his own street hockey league in his community, and proud supporter of the Minnesota Wild.
Stella Cooke
Stella Cooke is a Grade 12 student from St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador. She became a United4Literacy team member in 2022 and also volunteers in her community through The Red Cross. Stella joined United4Literacy because she believes education and literacy are tools for change, and everybody deserves access to them. Stella also enjoys practicing and teaching martial arts.
Will Earle
Will Earle is a Grade 12 student from St. John’s, NL. A very dedicated and hardworking individual, Will joined U4L in 2022 to provide a helping hand to those in need. He has several years of teamwork experience and is always eager to learn new skills. In his free time, Will enjoys weightlifting and going to the gym.
Noah Boone
Noah Boone is a Grade 12 student from St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador. This is his first year as a team member with United4Literacy, but he has helped out with Halloween4Hunger for multiple years. Noah joined United4Literacy to help the global community and those in need. In his free time, Noah enjoys playing and watching soccer.
John Carnell
John Carnell is a Grade 12 student from St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador. This is his first year as a team member with United4Literacy, but he has helped out with Halloween4Hunger for multiple years. John joined United4Literacy to help those in need. In his free time, John enjoys playing and listening to music
