In April 2022, U4L NL hosted an inaugural school supply drive to raise school supplies for the Single Parent Association of Newfoundland. Approximately 150 school supply items and a $10 monetary donation were collected from this event. We continued this drive in 2023, where we collected another 150 items. In August 2023, our team in Alberta hosted a recycling drive to fundraise for school supplies for local schools in Edmonton, with $300 being raised from this initiative. These events will be continued in April 2024.
